“CCN-vitational” highlights from Vegas!

Last month we took our staff and five new members of the Consultants Club on an all-expenses-paid trip to Las Vegas. Why? Many companies give big rewards and five-star trips to their top salespeople, but at CCN, our consultants are our top salespeople. They’re the ones doing the work, providing the expertise, and making the magic happen.

A well-earned vacation

Our five new club members each topped 5,000 hours last year. This trip is simply our way of saying “thank you” to Jessica Haberer, Sarah Weil, Kristyn Kennedy, Michele Randall, and Lynn Rudolph.

Their contributions to the network weren’t simply billable hours… several of these ladies referred new clients or new consultants to the network, racking up major hours towards their club status. There are several paths to the Consultants Club, and we love to encourage and reward our consultants along the way.

A trip to remember

We enjoyed plenty of food, drinks, games, and entertainment throughout our long weekend at the Encore Resort. Community can be hard for consultants — most of us work remotely or on-site with different clients — and this was a welcome chance to get to know each other better.

We may not have left with any major winnings, but we certainly feel like we hit the jackpot with this great group. We got to build relationships, celebrate community, and reward our team for their hard work.

Thank you, Consultants Club!
