Most hourly search clients pay less than half of a traditional 25% contingency fee.

By the time a candidate is presented to you, they have been thoroughly screened by our subject matter experts and are qualified for the role and a fit for your organization. We won’t waste your time with a candidate we don’t personally believe in.
