Melissa started her career in the agency and consulting space and found her passion in helping organizations make amazing matches. She then spent more than a decade in corporate recruiting with leadership roles like VP of People & Talent at .efficiently, Senior Manager at Coinbase, and Director of Recruiting at Dropbox, where she developed transformative recruiting strategies, spearheaded workforce planning initiatives, and supported rapid scaling with innovative approaches.
