Kody’s career has taken him through public accounting, internal audit, consulting, and business development, giving him a firsthand view of the technical demands finance leaders face and what it actually takes to find the right person at the right time. That path started at EY, where he built his foundation in accounting and audit before moving into industry and consulting roles across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotech, and oil and gas.
At CCN, Kody partners with executives, private equity firms, and finance organizations to bring in experienced consultants who make an impact fast, whether a client is scaling up, going through a transformation, or managing change.
