Community Impact

Giving Back Is Part of How CCN Works

Making an Impact Together

CCN was built on a people-first philosophy: when people feel valued, they do their best work. That shows up in how we connect with causes, cultivate partnerships, and nurture the community around us.

CCN is privately owned, so profits and savings go to our consultants and clients rather than outside investors. That same thinking carries into giving: we don't pick the causes from the top down. Each team member connects with a cause that matters to them, and CCN funds it directly.

How We Give Back

Holiday Giving

Every holiday season, CCN empowers our team members to champion the causes they care about most. Instead of top-down mandates or committee votes, we donate directly to organizations chosen by each individual, ensuring our giving reflects what matters to our team.

The causes supported by the CCN team cover a wide range: from cancer research and food security programs to animal rescue and veteran services, as well as care for premature infants and support for those experiencing homelessness.

Community Partnerships

Blood Cancer United, formerly the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), is one of CCN's longest-running community partnerships. Andy Cox has taken part in Light the Night in Austin since 2013, and CCN has stood alongside him as a company since our 2018 founding.

Each year, from March through the November Light the Night walk, CCN donates 50 cents for every hour billed. Those funds go toward patient support, treatment advocacy, and cancer research.

In 2023, our Beer Beats Cancer event raised over $30,000 for the cause. Read the recap
