From Public Accounting to Consulting: A Career Built on Passion and Expertise

Victor’s journey into consulting began with a childhood admiration for his father’s career as a civil engineer. Although he initially dreamed of following in his father’s footsteps and creating structures, Victor discovered his passion for numbers and financial strategy along the way. After earning his degree, he started his career in public accounting, working with prestigious firms in the Philippines and the U.S., before transitioning to the corporate world in senior roles at tech companies. Three years ago, Victor took the leap into consulting and found a role with CCN that allowed him to combine his extensive experience with the flexibility and independence he craved.

“The work-life balance was the key factor that drew me into consulting,” Victor shares. “As a consultant, I’m able to dedicate my time to high-impact work while enjoying the flexibility to explore personal interests, like traveling and trying new things.”
